In partnership with the Catholic Diocese of Memphis, Guiding Star Memphis is proud to offer Modern Womanhood (formerly known as Natural Fertility and Hormone Wellness).
This is an overview of the current Fertility Awareness Based Methods of tracking your fertility, how to leverage your hormone shifts to advance your career, avoid having to use birth control for mensuration issues, have more meaningful relationships, be more productive, and, most importantly, be happier! Our bodies tell us so many things, all we need is to learn how to interpret the signals.
This is a course being offered to women and couples who want to live Wholistically in their natural bodies.
*This class does satisfy the fertility requirement needed to complete your marriage preparation education.*
