Breastfeeding/Pumping 101

Are you curious about breastfeeding? Have you just started your journey and feel like you have a lot of questions? This class will equip you with the basics of breastfeeding as well as the knowledge and support to have a successful breastfeeding journey.

Ginger and Genae will give you the tools to walk away from this class with confidence for your breastfeeding journey! Spouses are welcome as they are an important part of this journey as well!

What about pumping?

How much do I need to pump? When should I pump? How much should I be putting in a bottle at each feeding? These are common questions as mamas prepare to return to work and continue their breastfeeding journey. We want to be here to support you and answer all of your questions!
