FEMM Group Session – FEMM Family Planning

Guiding Star Memphis is proud to partner with Audrey Geyer, FEMM/teenFEMM Instructor to present our latest FABM method.
FEMM is a knowledge and prevention-based reproductive health program which teaches women to understand and monitor their hormonal and other vital signs of health at all stages of reproductive life. The body functions as an integrated whole, and therefore reproductive health affects overall health.
Participants are introduced to FEMM (Fertility Education & Medical Management) as a model for women’s reproductive health.
FEMM enables women to become informed participants in their own healthcare.
This course has 3 sections.
***NOTE: You MUST attend ALL 3 sessions to learn how to chart with FEMM effectively***
1 – FEMM Introduction – Learn how hormones influence your health and how to chart your hormonal activity
2 – FEMM & Your Health – Learn to identify healthy patterns or health problems
3 – FEMM Family Planning – Learn to mange your fertility

June 13th – 6:00 – 8:00 PM – FEMM Expert

This course is $50 per session or $150 for all three sessions. An invoice will be sent to you via PayPal upon receipt of registration.
