Lynda has been a CPM (Certified Professional Midwife) in the state of Tennessee for 21 years and has delivered over 575 babies as of December 2022. She has taught childbirth classes since 1994 and the joy of her heart in this physical life is “catching babies.”

Having a baby can be a very frightening experience. Even though you know somewhere in your heart that women have done this since creation and you think you can do it, sometimes your head doubts and questions, “Can I really?” Well, let me answer that for you… Yes you can! Actually you don’t have to have childbirth classes in order to have a baby. But after many years of being in this business I’ve learned a few things. Our biggest enemy is fear. You need to remember one very important thing – There will be major decisions to be made. If you can’t or won’t make them, someone else will decide for you! This class is for information, practice time, informed consent and to give you confidence!
